      Pros

      Transparent, open leadership. Always feel valued, from team leadership, through the department, all the way up to the C-Suite. You will work with good, honest people. Salary is always fair and the company is always trying to improve the employee-employer relationship. The free lunch is awesome and the office is really cool (when we were still able to enjoy those things : (

      Cons

      More robust parental leave would be nice. Benefits and perks generally could be a little stronger. Some other companies offer things like annual headphones budget, transportation, citibike memberships, etc.

      Fantastic Leadership, Teamwork and Transparency.

      Pros

      Excellent people management and leadership from the top down. My manager takes a vested interest in my work/life balance and goes out of their way to help me improve my abilities to do my job. Leadership is there to support employees and their autonomy to do their job rather than micro-manage their teams. No egos. Co-workers are seen as equal peers regardless of the role or position they are in and communication and collaboration across teams has improved significantly since joining.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a rapidly growing company. Team structures are not as flat as they once and are still adapting processes to keep up with the scale at which teams are expanding.
