      Pros

      Braze is a fantastic place to work if you value intelligence, collaboration, and autonomy. The team is filled with incredibly smart and driven individuals who are passionate about their work. I also appreciated the emphasis on clear documentation, which fosters alignment and makes navigating complex projects much smoother. Leadership trusts employees to take ownership of their work, which creates a culture of accountability and empowerment.

      Cons

      There are no significant drawbacks, but I noticed a fiscally conservative approach to budgeting during my time there. However, this seems more like a strategic decision to invest wisely back into the business rather than a long-term limitation.
