We do care about giving back to our community and do several campaigns every year to partner with our associates to plant trees, stock food pantries, support victims of natural disasters, and even let our associates choose by giving them a $50 Cause Card to donate to ANY organization they care about and much more!

You don’t need a college degree to earn at least $18 per hour AND have great benefits, including a 401k. As such, it’s a great place to start your career, especially if you aren’t planning on obtaining a degree.

Cons

Even with all the support in the world, people who crumble when they’re under stress likely won’t do well here.
