Pros

Pay is best compared to its competitors, employee benefits are overwhelming.

Cons

While the company may initially entice you with attractive salary packages, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. Here are the key issues: 1. Ineffective Management : Poor decision-making and unclear direction. 2. Limited Career Growth: There are no Internal Job Postings (IJPs) or avenues for upward mobility, leaving employees stagnant. 3. Favoritism and Lack of Recognition: Contributions often go unacknowledged, with favoritism playing a significant role in promotions and rewards. 4. Outdated Tools: The company relies on obsolete resources, hindering productivity and employee learning. 5. Job Insecurity: Employees face constant uncertainty about their roles and futures. 6. No Focus on Learning and Development: Training opportunities are either insufficient or non-existent, limiting professional growth. Conclusion: While the compensation may be appealing, the lack of job satisfaction, growth opportunities, work pressure and unsupportive environment outweigh the benefits. Proceed with caution if you're considering this opportunity.

We appreciate the opportunity to address your feedback. We do feel that all of our associates have the same opportunities, it’s a matter of investing yourself and managing your career journey to achieve those goals. There are a lot of amazing resources for associates that are focused on growth as well as learning and development. We would encourage you to connect with your leader or People Partner to get you pointed in the right direction.
