      Above views can defer based on which team you are in and under which manager you work They don't have standalone facility to accommodate all employees. Employees are project wise devided in 5 facilities.

      1. Being a medium scaled company , this company offers career boosting opportunities, if one is hard-working and committed. 2. The company offers free lunch and snacks. The quality is good. 3. The company organizes fun events to bring the employees closer. This in turn , relaxes the work environment. 4. Top management people are highly intellectual and skilled.

      Cons

      1. Most of the people from management though good at their management skills, are very nosy about others personal life and indulge in micromanagement. 2. Work-life balance is almost absent.
