      Pros

      Extremely flexible, decent benefits, been with the company a short time and already advancing up. I could see myself with this company for quite some time.

      Cons

      At this point in time I cannot say anything bad. I have been with the company for a short period of time and have already seen a much better work environment than my previous employment.

      Pros

      Like the new brand stuff. There are a lot of good people joining. Integrating all of the acquisitions is improving, and people are starting to see potential. I like my colleagues and think we are making good progress.

      Cons

      Sometimes ask to many people their opinion. Decisions take a long time. Company wide calls try to do a lot.
