Thank you for providing feedback. We are glad to hear you are enjoying Emtec's flexible work environment ! Emtec has a corpo-preneurial culture that provides tremendous support for growth, innovation and empowerment to make decisions at an individual level. We have been on a significant growth trajectory and have gone through several acquisitions as part of our growth strategy - especially last FY. These activities brought about changes in our Organization structure as we have integrated new team members and offerings. We believe these recent changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth.

Thank you for your feedback. Emtec has a corpo-preneurial culture that provides tremendous support for growth, innovation and empowerment to make decisions at an individual level. We promote fun working atmosphere with competitive compensation packages. Emtec encourages open-door communication and we encourage you reach out to your direct manager or HR if you have specific plans for your career path. As you pointed out , we have been on a significant growth trajectory and have gone through several acquisitions as part of our growth strategy - especially last FY. Although these activities brought about changes as we integrated new team members and offerings, we believe these recent changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth.

Thank you for providing a review. We at Emtec have been on a significant growth trajectory and have gone through several acquisitions as part of our growth strategy. These changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth. To read more about our overall strategy including our approach visit: http://bit.ly/2fNCTp0. I am unclear about your statement regarding paid leave. In September of 2014, we rolled out a new Open PTO policy to allow Associates the flexibility to take paid time as needed (some guidelines apply). We did not eliminate paid leave. If you wish to have more clarity on this policy, please reach out to HR at Emtec_HR_Team@emtecinc.com.
