Bridgepoint has an amazing culture, people, and business model. A lot of room for growth, they really care about their employees and make sure you are given what's needed for where you want to go in your career

Cons

None! It is a growing company so things are changing, though it is all positive in my opinion. You should be a team player and adaptive to change
