The leadership in both the Houston office and Financial Operations is fantastic. They care about both consultants' career development and finding interesting projects. In any situation, they will put the consultant's well-being above profits. The culture is real.

Cons

The full-time variable compensation model is challenging to explain to a spouse. But if you're good at your job, you'll stay very busy.
