Great culture. Everyone is extremely friendly and relational. Very open door in the sense that you feel like you can talk to anyone and people help one another. Also free snacks!

-Amazing managerial team that truly cares about the success of each individual consultant -Opportunity to work with clients across different business sectors -In house training and mentorship -Flexibility to work remotely -Generous quarterly bonus structure -Office location ***This is consulting so your experience is what you make of it. If you choose to work from home every day and not engage with the team, you will fall behind. Being present and actively engaging in project work is critical to success. Personal integrity and accountability are two traits that go hand in hand with being a successful consultant.
