Great culture allowing for folks with experience to shine and those with less experience get to learn from the best; plenty of resources for all consultants to succeed and management is very keen on rewarding those that are deserving; great family feeling with everyone supporting and cheering on the success of the team to see the company as a whole succeed; ability to work remotely; plenty of monthly/bi-monthly team outings and events; the list goes on and on...

Cons

Office may be a bit far for some to commute and insurance is sub-par

Bridgepoint has a very strong Leadership team. Great structures in place for new employees to succeed. Lots of cutting-edge work available to consultants to stay current in their career.

Cons

Difficult to find anything to complain about. I love it here!

Since it has been acquired by Addison Group, the growth opportunity (both company and individual) has been amazing. They value teamwork highly and hire 'nice' people who can work well with others. It has been an exciting time to work at Bridgepoint. It has many fun activities to build teamwork and feel valued as an employee. Work life balance is great.

Cons

Compensation is lower than the market. Work life balance may account for it, but the difference is not minimal.
