Unlike a lot of consulting groups, consultants with Bridgepoint are W-2 employees with great benefits. Every project I have worked on has been challenging, and my utilization is higher than I expected when I joined.

Cons

The work is fast paced, which isn't for everyone. Every assignment has a sense of urgency, which some people may not like.

I have worked at Bridgepoint Consulting (BPC) for about two years now. Being new to consulting was a large jump for me and BPC provided an easy transition. We have an online database with tons of classes on software, soft skills and all types of technical training that helps to prepare us to work effectively and to provide excellent service to our clients. We also have an excellent compensation and benefit package which includes variable minimum pay for our limited downtime and fuel rewards pay which allows us to be refueled, monthly, via reimbursements for costs associated with improving our mind, body and soul.

Cons

If you don't enjoy working with smart, talented, intelligent, and humble people, this isn't the place for you.
