      Pros

      Great opportunity to work with a variety of clients. Management is very supportive. Projects are remote or in client's office depending on situation. Collaboration with peers enhances learning experience and fosters working in a great team even though many employees are fully remote.

      Cons

      Some clients are difficult, but if they didn't need help, we would not have as much work available.
