I really enjoy working at Bridgepoint. The people here are very friendly and dedicated to their jobs. They are also really good at ramping people up in how the company functions and in the job. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to work in consulting / NetSuite.

Cons

Due to the nature of the job, employees don't have much control over the pipeline of work that comes through. There are some moments when work is really slow and other times when there's so much to juggle. I think management is aware of this and so sometimes try to pull in extra resources in the busy moments but yeah, workload is unpredictable.
