BPC is in an exciting period of explosive growth in all areas. Anytime you work for a company where the recruiting team is hiring more Recruiters, you know you're in a good place. Leadership is transparent. We have several touchpoints per year as a company on business updates, and for fun (team building, all hands meetings, team lunches/hh's etc.). The culture seems to be well maintained and nurtured, especially for a company who's employees are spready out all over town. Everyone here has a path to growth if they want it. I am so pleased with how well Bridgepoint has done over the years. Lots of positive changes and tons of appreciation to their hardworking employees.
