Cons

The company in general is highly mismanaged. They pride themselves on culture, but fail to provide adequate resources or training to get the job done, so really there is no investment into "people" as they say in interviews. There are disconnections between departments, you hardly talk to anyone outside of your department. I also found it hard to have my voice heard because of the status of my position, which was frustrating and hurt my morale. A weird environment overall and the company lacks a clear vision for the future and is unstable.

There is a variety of clients and projects to stay engaged with, plenty of networking opportunities with clients/potential clients/coworkers/alliance partners, etc. Many skilled and highly technical coworkers, lots of opportunities to learn new skills, and gain valuable certifications. I feel supported by management and see plenty of opportunities to grow with the company as it continues to expand into new cities.

Cons

Training and culture development seems to lack a structured approach, although these have been significantly improving.
