Interesting projects. Management is encouraging and very supportive, both on and off projects. Check-ins and all-hands meetings with direct and executive management keep us informed, engaged and enthusiastic about what we do.

Cons

On the "bench" time can be nerve-wracking, especially for new hires with no consulting experience.

Pros

Smaller organization with a focus on corporate culture and employee focused. The steady growth within the organization is creating ample opportunities for growth and expanding career paths and options as a result. The majority of us are REMOTE and to have a feeling of belonging is phenomenal, and unlike what I have experienced in other Remote Positions.

Cons

Bridgepoint, specifically the NetSuite practice is smaller than other consulting firms and as it is growing it is experiencing some of the usual growing pains that come with growth.
