Pros

My experience at Bridgepoint Consulting has been outstanding. I've had the opportunity to work with knowledgeable and intelligent individuals, and the sense of cooperation and mutual respect is evident from the moment you begin. Each project is unique and presents its own challenges, which encourages quick learning and adaptability. Thanks to the leadership team's warmth and genuine attitude towards the consultants, I always feel welcomed at the office. Bridgepoint also provides a fantastic learning platform for Oracle/Netsuite, allowing me to enhance my skills and acquire new knowledge. Management is always accessible and attentive to my professional inquiries, offering support and coaching when needed. I deeply resonate with Bridgepoint's values and morals, which was a key factor in my decision to accept the job offer. I love the view from the office over 360 Hwy, that makes me feel like a million-dollar Accountant.

Cons

I have no negative comments; my experience has been great, and I envision a long-term relationship with BPC.
