      I do not know of any Cons right now except that IT team sits wherever they find a place to sit as most of them do not have a designated cubicle. That is going to change in a couple of years as the HQ is moving to downtown.

      The company is very disorganized. Policies and processes need to be documented in a standardized way and need to be enforced .
