      Pros

      Great community within some of the smaller divisions within FSBP, not a ton of people so it's easy to get to know people. Most people are usually willing to help out even when it's not their responsibility.

      Cube world feel, tough to have good collaboration at times

      Pros

      -They take you to Chicago for a week with all of the other interns for training -You put on a grassroots sales event at the end of the summer which is a great thing for your resume -competitive pay $15 an hour -Learn more about automotive industry - get discounts on tires and car servicing

      Cons

      - Management is much more concerned with their own sales than teaching you the business processes -you are essentially just a Firestone employee for the summer - The only job they will offer you after graduation is working at a Firestone as a sales associate -Stand the ENTIRE day -Often a lot of internal drama with management/sales team/technicians makes for awkward atmosphere
