Management doesn't listen. There training is poor and their turnover rate is even worse. I don't know how they have survived without bigger lawsuits (yes there has been many). Lunch is hard to get in throughout the day. The company doesn't deliver on what they promise to their clients (one to one service). Difficult clients are bound to happen but there is little support to fix the help employees. They do band aid solutions. You have to assume a lot of liability yourself, transporting clients and dealing with work related injuries. Employees are not compensated proportionally for what they do. Good luck.
