Pros

Coworkers become family within seconds of walking in the doors. Everyone truly cares and loves our kids as if they were family. Everyone steps in where needed and you don’t have to be afraid to feel overwhelmed because everyone has your back!

Cons

Lots of hired people don’t stay very long making it stressful for the other employees. We are usually always short staffed.

I absolutely love working with my clients and everything I learn from my supervisors. My Director is the best boss I have ever had and really listens to us and goes above and beyond for the clients and staff.

Cons

I feel we struggle a lot with communication at times and not everyone will be included when they need to be or something wasn’t made clear enough. I also feel that the oversight clinicians should assist the interns more.
