Pros

Flexible hours and awesome coworkers! I have been able to work as much or as little as needed while going to school full time for the past two years. It’s a very rewarding job.

Cons

Sometimes requires driving to clients’ homes for sessions. Sessions are typically 3 hours each so there are breaks in between sessions which makes full work days longer

Great Flexibility, Team driven, Pay is higher than industry average, company really delivers professional services for families, children and allows employees to grow professionally and personally.

Cons

Phones sometimes don't work and are hard to get ahold of the right people, taking the time to have a break, can be stressful at times.
