Team outlook, approachable management, great work environment, PTO, health benefits, 401k with company deposit matching, tuition assistance, love working with the families and kiddos! I have been with the company for 3 years now and feel that my voice is heard and my company supports me.

Cons

Mentally and emotionally challenging work. Unpredictable schedule at times.

Pros

This is one of the best jobs that I have ever had! I love being able to help children who have autism and mental disorders develop social skills and learn how to cope with frustrating situations. This is definitely a rewarding job and is worth the money that I earn.

Cons

It can be physically and mentally draining but the satisfaction that you receive is well worth it.
