Pros

Welcoming environment to enable and bring challenges up to the management team without fear of rejection. Share a lot of information at Weekly staff call with all senior supervisors and up and builds a culture of trust. Awards for good jobs given daily and recognized.

Cons

Growing fast and with multiple locations makes it exciting but sometimes hard to stay aligned. New senior team in place this year to address this challenge.
