      The future of produce is local and the future is here. now. I joined BrightFarms in 2017 and found very quickly that I joined a team full of A players with an amazing entrepreneurial spirit. We are energized by the mission of providing products that are good for the health of people and the planet. On top of that, our greens taste AWESOME! When we come to your neighborhood I challenge you to find a higher quality, healthier, and better tasting product. Seriously. If we aren't there yet, don't worry we will be and if you want to help us get there and you are an A player not afraid of hard work and ready to have an amazing experience, please check out our open positions. We have a home for you.

      I love this company. The mission of the company is aligned with my personal values. I am surrounded by people who believe in our values and who work hard to bring better produce to the market. We are working hard and making a difference. I trust my colleagues and our investors. We are improving the businesses of our retailer customers, lifting their category sales and helping them capture and retain more attractive consumers. We have successfully nailed a better model. Better products, better profits, better outcomes for our retailers, better environmental footprint. And now we are scaling that model into a national footprint. This is the pinnacle of my career. And I'm eating super healthy. I feel lucky.

      We work hard. We are flexible. We are respectful. We empower our people. But we are doing hard and good work without delay. Gotta be ready for that.
