      Pros

      An interesting concept and mission, offers decent pay and a remote work environment.

      Cons

      The company culture appears to be toxic and chaotic, with high employee turnover and a pattern of frequent hiring and firing. I witnessed a notable disconnect between senior management and lower-level employees, with upper management seeming out of touch with on-the-ground challenges. Frequent infighting among directors was observed, marked by a lack of ownership and a tendency to compete for recognition while undermining others in the process.

      Great benefits, 401k, health, unlimited pto

      Cons

      Unlimited pto, couldn't take it. Long hours needed, rapid direction changes frequently in business.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Great mission of providing clean healthy and sustainable food in comparison to how it's currently produced. For the most part leadership is very healthy, enjoy coming to work each day. CEO is a breath of fresh air compared to others I've worked with -- has a great mentality. Pays competitive, great PTO policy and some benefits are nice.

      Cons

      Health insurance cost before covered for family is pretty high but most places are these days. Essentially no raise at end of last year but overall wage is competitive -- can be a little discouraging if you are putting your all into it regardless. Not a lot of cons, the only thing I don't like is there has been a lot of no notice terminations across many different areas that make me not feel like it's a company I can feel safe having long term goals with.
