      -Competitive salary for management -Product and sales model were interesting

      Cons

      -No home/work life balance -Corporate management treats people poorly -They turnover employees quickly with little warning -The culture is very stressful -You are regularly reminded in several ways that you are replaceable

      Needs Work on Accountability and Diversity

      Pros

      Community bonds and culture within the operational/frontline workers

      Cons

      Horrible communication and a lack of accountability and understanding amongst management. Blame-shifting is a regular occurrence, and the concerns within the people who make up the labor force aren't heard. Sexism and racism are unfortunately a common theme.
