      - good benefits - opportunity for advancement - meaningful mission (at least on paper)

      Cons

      - extensive rapid growth has created a typical corporate climate - terrible work/life balance - a lot of double speak and not owning up to proclaimed "values" and "mission" - corporate heavy while lacking support and staffing in day to day operations. - unsupportive, opaque, and often intimidating HR reps and practices

      A company that welcomes you with a decent package and benefits.

      People don't communicate within the company and are not open to communication meetings either. Worst work ethics.
