Good pay and benefits. Company has schools allover Canada.

Cons

High turnover rate. In 8 months The School lost 15 teachers!!! Lack of appreciation. Long shifts and stressful environment. Management doesn’t support and never solved a problem. Employees unhappy and always looking for another job. No life work balance! I never had a happy day at this place.
