Pros
The children are sweet and it's easy to get attached, but that doesn't mean that employees were unwilling to walk out in the middle of the day and never come back.
Cons
They keep their teacher to children ratios on a razor's edge - it's so bad that in order for teachers to take lunch or bathroom breaks, the cook has to come into rooms to keep the ratio legal. Might I add that the cook is almost never trained or experienced in childcare. The children are the ones who suffer here - the programs are haphazard and thrown together. The teachers are all dissatisfied with their job and resentful of management. I have never worked anywhere that had higher turnaround. During my time there, not one.... but TWO teachers walked out during their lunch break and never came back.
