Pros

The environment. Great staff members. Amazing children. We the educators, management, chef, supply staff ALL work as an amazing team.

Cons

Low pay for all of what we’re responsible for. Too many tasks to complete daily along with taking care of my x15 children. In other words. ALL staff works like dogs quite literally.

Great kids, families and co workers

Cons

Everything else. I work part time and when I approached them about full time they basically laughed it off, they don’t take complaints seriously, management is so power hungry they demand perfection but don’t want go give you the resources to even do anything, they don’t give raises even to staff who have been there for years
