Upper levels of management are power hungry and run the company with a dictator style of ruling with arbitrary paperwork that is not a priority nor a requirement through the ministry of education. Staff were constantly quitting or being fired if they were not the favourites of the area manager and head office. Zero understanding or compassion towards staff or families. Staff were often found crying due to horrible things that management said to them. The teaching staff were treated as an employee number and not as actual human beings. All staff were over worked and underpaid. Other companies pay higher wages and so the turnover of all staff in every level of the company is extremely high. Staff were having nervous breakdowns because of the stress caused by upper levels of management. Individuals were taunted with the possibility of a promotion but never offered it even if the position was open regardless of talent/ skill or how many years of experience they have with the company.
