The management has no communication. They do not care about anyone working for them and often are found in the office talking about their days and ordering food. The level of stress put on the staff by the director is sometimes unmanageable. Between random visits from higher ups that Make the management kick it into gear at the last moment to make it look like everything is perfect, and the inability to get staff out on time it’s really just not a good place for your mental health.

Management lacks transparency and consistency. Communication is often poor, and staff concerns are frequently ignored. Teachers may be moved between classrooms without proper planning or support. The work environment can feel stressful and sometimes toxic. There appears to be high staff turnover, which makes it difficult to maintain stability for both educators and children.
