Pros

You never get bored at BrightSign, because there are new projects every day. It's a profitable company, which reduces the stress level a lot.

Cons

Because the company is very focussed on making deals happen, you may be asked to set one project aside for another one without warning. This frustrates some people; you have to be willing to cope with change.
