People who work here are very nice. Everyone here is happy to help you. While I am interning here, I learned a lot from the CEO and my mentor. The working environment is very comfortable. Hours are flexible. The company grows very fast each year. I believe Brightsign will have a lightful future.

BrightSign is a fast-paced, high-energy place of employment. If you like working with experienced, dedicated professionals, this is the place to be! Still a small-ish company with three worldwide offices and about 65 employees total, BrightSign offers lots of growth opportunities and PROFIT SHARING! We are the global market leader in digital signage media players and have been profitable since before I joined in January of 2012. The HQ location is in the beautiful silicon valley town of Los Gatos, CA, somewhat removed from the rat race of the valley yet well connected. New HQ is a comfortable building with extra space for contract employees and the occasional visiting pet. Company personality is casual and friendly while at the same time being professional and dedicated to delivering market leading products that live up to BrightSign's stellar reputation.

Cons

Small size means each individual employee probably does the job of 1.5 people, but we hire people who are driven by challenge and thrive on this environment, so it's not really a Con.
