Pros

BrightSign has a lot of potential to grow at an accelerated pace as a top leader in the digital signage market! This company has been growing every since I started and it has been growing immensely. I had the great pleasure of starting during a transitional period for the company and it has been a great ride so far. Although a small company, you wear so many different hats - experiencing every part of an operation. You can be doing accounting/sales/ops related tasks, but they are all intertwined so you get a hands on experience of each department's ultimate role. There are a lot of ad hoc projects that require "all hands on deck" and its a great feeling to actually see your work make an impact. I definitely felt some recognition when I succeed at my job here! Jeff, the CEO, is one of the most happiest person I have ever met which reflects on the company itself. Nothing bad about BrightSign. -Profit Sharing! -Open door policy -Unlimited vacations -Friendly workplace -Variety of free snacks/drinks -BAGEL FRIDAY -Wonderful CEO

Cons

-No performance reviews -No HR/IT department

Pros

Innovative products, top-notch management, excellent profit sharing, fun work environment, great location for any commute, no politics, good work/life balance, overall great people to work with.

Cons

You have to wear a lot of hats, but at least it is a team environment where everyone pitches in to get the work done! A grown-up start-up.
