Pros

Entrepreneurial Silicon Valley Firm that leads the market in its space. Expectations are high, but the rewards are tangible. Very employee-friendly, transparent management team. Corporate goals are communicated, and translated well to individual responsibility.

Cons

No powerful negatives. The very fast pace leads to occasional (rare) tension between engineering/operations and sales/marketing.

Pros

People are dedicated and helpful Environment is casual and hardworking Leadership is transparent about current opportunities and objectives Fiscally responsible, but not draconian

Cons

Not so much a Con, but something a prospect should know. If you join BrightSign you need to be ready to get your hands dirty and be self-directed. There is not extensive internal training or process. The company is filled with people who are willing and able to figure things out.

Friendly Environment & Successful Company

Pros

BrightSign is truly a great place to work. Because the company is smaller, you will have the opportunity to get to know everyone in the office including our CEO. I consider BrightSign a second family. Every BrightSign employee is here to achieve a common goal and we all help each other to get there. BrightSign is the market leader in the digital signage industry making the company quite a success. It has been fun to watch the company grow, constantly achieving above and beyond it's quarterly goals. Another perk of the smaller sized company is that you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and manage a variety of projects. For an individual just starting their career and looking to get experience in a variety of fields, this is the company for you.

Cons

BrightSign is working on formalizing policies and procedures. For new employees, training can require patience and understanding as we are still filling the gaps. The company also struggles with having a "TRUE" HR department.
