Pros

- Amazing health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision) - Strong and compelling compensation plans - Software engineers are allowed to work on a wide breadth of internal and external projects (a SE wouldn't be excited about a position if it only required work within their bounds of expertise) - A fun and inviting workplace fostering creativity and innovation - The opportunity to see your work power some of the largest digital signage installations This position is best for an engineer who is interested in bringing their creativity, innovation, and voice, to the company. This position may not be best for an engineer who wants to float by in their career.

Cons

No cons - continue the strong focus on maintaining the title of the leader in the digital signage market by pushing the boundaries of what has been possible

Pros

The people are solid. Everyone genuinely cares for one another. The product is solid. I mean it legit runs 24/7 with something like a 0.2% fail rate. That's amazing!

Cons

Communications internally are very scattered. You'll know what you need to... eventually. There's a disconnect with end-user support. It's a reseller's responsibility for the basics, but most don't do it, so it falls on sales. ACTUAL technical support is good!
