Pros

We've held strong and profitable throughout the COVID-19 shut down and there were zero layoffs due to COVID.

Cons

We are a relatively small but fast moving company with TONS of interest from partners on all fronts, so people sometimes work long hours.

Pros

Very flexible work environment, private company not having to respond to investors demanding crazy things. The profit sharing plan pays employees every quarter, no waiting for the company to go public or being acquired to get your value! You get to develop great technology and see it being shipped every day.

Cons

It really is a hands on company, everyone works, no pure management jobs.

Pros

I have worked here for little over 6 months and I love it. It's hard to find one single reason because there are so many good things about it. However, one specific reason that stands out is the mindset that we all want this company to stay on top because it's run so well. There's no micro management here, Upper management trust that we are doing the right thing everyday and that has it's own sense of empowerment. Typical silicon valley relaxed atmosphere, casual. I've have been in the workforce for over 25 years at many companies and this by far is the best. We hard because we want to.

Cons

If I had to pick something, I'd say we need a formal on-boarding by department. Typically everyone wears many hats but the first few weeks are important.
