Company not having to respond to investors. Nice thing is that company doing IoT and not just software. Profit sharing plan is great even for employees working abroad.

Cons

There is a small chaos in management.

Pros

Very flexible work environment, private company not having to respond to investors demanding crazy things. The profit sharing plan pays employees every quarter, no waiting for the company to go public or being acquired to get your value! You get to develop great technology and see it being shipped every day.

Cons

It really is a hands on company, everyone works, no pure management jobs.
