Management, Everything is a big secret, never know how the company is doing or whats going on, they can't seem to get together on any issue, They expect employees to have things done on time, but when its there turn forget it. Raises we have evaluation in January and still in June have not heard anything about them ya or na. Also employees are told be supervisor that they don't matter they are replaceable and that they are just a number.

i do feel that some of what ResCare ma y ask you to do is illegal. Again, people do despertate things when they are down on their luck. All ResCare staff, even the smoother talkers at the top are pretty close to the hangman - and the people at all other levels stand beside him every day..
