      Rewarding, lots of work experience, helpful and nice co-workers

      Cons

      non profit organization so the wages are only slightly above minimum wage with little chance of increase unless you get into management.

      Pros

      You get lots of overtime, if u are willing to work it. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overnight aren't ideal for everyone.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, especially for the liabilities involved. You work with people so there are tons of things you have to try to keep under control.

      Pros

      Clients/Staff are great. Clients and staff where great to work with, the best part of the day was always seeing a client smile because of a kind work or encouragement that was given.

      Cons

      This is possibly the worst Service Provider in the Country. After reading all the reviews I see that there are a lot of former and current employees that fill the same as I do. Upper Management in Parsons Ks. are the worst. they constantly turn a blind eye to issues that should be addressed with more than a lot of concern mainly upper management themselves. This company is consistant when it comes to poor communication, poor management, very poor investigative procedures. I have witnessed prejudice, fraud, abuse of power, just to name a few. The powers to be in this company should take a very hard look at what each individual company is doing especially in Southeast Ks. Management there is a joke even at the next level of management.
