      Pros

      I'm employed on the workforce services side of ResCare. The best things about the company are my co workers. Everyone is very supportive. It's like working with family. Also, I have an opportunity to work with clients and make a difference in my community.

      Cons

      Company moral is at an all time low. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. When someone leaves the company their position is not filled, but divided up to the remaining. It's become the norm for a TDS to perform multiple positions for the pay of one.

      Everyone is friendly and nice.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY underpaid, NO raises, NO bonuses, some positions start at minimum wage and will never change! TOO MUCH WORK FOR THE PAY!
