Pros

They will hire any one. Easy to get a job.

Cons

They have very low standard set for their employees. There is a lot of politics when it comes to different management positions. No much in way of communicating with management and nursing staff. The company only care about the money and not about the residents.

Paid time off. Paid training. Lots of over time hrs. Make your schedule.

Cons

Hard to get time off. Stressful clients. Always asking you to work more shifts. Still asks you to come in when sick if supervisor doesn't want to cover shift
