      A human services company that does not care for its employees

      Pros

      The PTO is the best I have ever had, a lot of personal flex time. The people are fantastic and truly the only reason to work here

      Cons

      All benefits have been cut, there has been a wage freeze for over 5 years, the starting pay is low and they never officially tell you there are no raises. However management always gets their bonuses and with home staff at minimum wage, office staff, which averages about 22k annual, will never get a raise.

      Pros

      Ability to work alone. Really nice staff not including upper management. Staff parties. Most of the staff really try to make things better.

      Cons

      Terrible pay, no recognition, unlawful practices, favoritism. Extremely high turnover and low moral. Very few people stay more than 6 months. People are constantly fired and blacklisted for giving honest opinion. The Charlotte ED doesn't share PPE and also does not allow internal office staff to work from home yet stays locked in an office or at home and is constantly confused about how to run an office. Dirty, smelly office, constant plumbing issues. CONSTANT payroll issues, people can expect direct deposit to never work and missing checks is common. Terrible and expensive benefits.

      Pros

      Helping Others... Honestly it's a struggle at times to think of enough Pros to fill a twenty word minimum. This is an easily avoidable company, and you should.

      Poor Leadership Practices Little to no reimbursement for schooling Culture of childish behavior in the office Unqualified persons in high ranking positions Medicaid Fraud Low Compensation for high responsibility Wants to be your sole focus over family/school/ect Lack of qualified staffing
