The core staff are a great team. I truly believe there are some senior staff that care, but that all gets lost in the muck of the reality.

Cons

You walk in with high hopes, anticipating what you can bring to the table only to be sorely disappointed when you realize your skills and ideas mean nothing. Customer Care Coordinators are not allowed to do their job effectively due to lack of qualified caregivers due to the lack of competitive compensation. So very sad once you realize that there is a very bleak future ahead of you.
