No pros unless you like starving

Cons

No pay increase in nearly 8 years..clients basic needs aren't being met due to cuts in funds.supervisors who won't listen to clients or staff.

Pros

You get to do want you love. You work with the most special and loving people in the world what more can you all for.

Cons

I've never met a company that doesn't pay the employees for shifts you work. I've only been here a few months and every check I've gotten had been wrong and will find an excuse not to pay you. Also managers are supposed to back up there employees, they are for themselves and nobody else. Disgraceful, currently looking for a new job.
