Pros

The families are amazing and my coworkers were great to work with. There used to be flexibility but that was taken away.

Cons

No raises. No promotions. No support. Unqualified people are promoted to supervisor positions. Super high turn over. ED and upper management throw you under the bus anytime there is something questionable going on rather than supporting you as a long time employee. Micro managing to the extreme. If a client complements a worker the agency automatically assumes the worker is doing something wrong. They treat the clients/families the same way and offer no support. Can't afford their crappy insurance. I could go on for days.

Pros

The co-workers are very great.

Cons

Zero respect for you as a person. Was treated like a child. When someone else was hired on our team, they took away my things (Computer, Phone) and gave them to that person. Can never get a hold of the Manager but you'll hear from them if they need something from you. You will NOT get a pay raise at this place but your title may change numerous times and you will be given more responsibility. They will not talk directly to you, but to your co-workers if they need something from you.

Pros

After the company changed the way we received PTO, I started acruing time off at a good rate. The company is making a lot of profits.

Cons

My co-workers and I have not had a raise in 6 years. Our operating budget has been cut every year. We can't get needed updates to our facilities. We're not encouraged to think for ourselves and staff developement is non-existant. My Co-workers and I have experienced negative growth here for the past 5 years.
