Everyone is overworked the management is clueless to what is going on and the residents have to suffer along with the staff. this new building is a little over a month old its in a great area however the. nurses except one or two that are there are ghetto as hell they just graduated and i question if their. RN liscense is real. As a matter of fact these RN run off all of the good ones. the direct care staff there are always overworked most of the time its only one. direct care staff working with no help the entire shift. the benefits suck you have to pay 3000 dollars in order for them to. pay anything. Employee are constantly quitting because of the unprpfessionalism. Run for the hill if you are ever contacted. This is a classic case of why i dont work for my own people. GIVE us all a bad name this is a ghetto establishment

The challenges about working for rescare is that they don't pay enough and don't give very good health care packages. DCP's do all the hard work while the upper management has to sit in the office and do paperwork and do nothing.
